The Christians of South Africa organization is demanding that Reverend Timothy Omotoso be released.
Its members will march to the National Prosecuting Authority on Wednesday insisting that all charges against Omotoso are dropped.
The Nigerian televangelist has been awaiting trial for three years. He faces about 97 charges, including human trafficking, racketeering, and rape.
Omotoso allegedly trafficked more than 30 girls and women from his church. The national lockdown postponed proceedings in the High Court in Port Elizabeth in April. Omotoso and his two co-accused deny the charges.
